I do not belong to the company that created the service, I do not work there and do not promote them. I just found a convenient service for me and decided to share my impressions with you.

ICQ
I have long since abandoned ICQ, for a couple of years now. Almost all friends can be contacted via Skype, or by mail. But recently it was necessary to communicate with a person who lives only in ICQ. I didn’t want to set up a “fat” client, and I began to look for a more or less convenient web client.
Customers
First of all, of course, got into "Web-ICQ - the new ICQ2go!". What can I say - this is a classic of clients from ICQ (now mail.ru). This is a bunch of ads, lags in the interface, an attempt to show the web service as a desktop application. Some may like it, but I started looking further.
I dug up almost all the links of Google issue. Some services did not support Russian, through some I basically could not log into the account. MegaFon UMS is generally just something ...
I ended up finding IMO.IM.

Imo.im main window with loaded dialogImo.im
In short - a pleasant, developing service for convenient communication. Allows you to connect to a single account a bunch of services:
- imo (own service account)
- MSN
- Skype
- Yahoo
- Google talk
- Facebook
- Aim
- ICQ
- Jabber
- VKontakte
- Steam
Add / Manage Accounts windowService advantages
- There is no advertising (it should be, but I did not notice it. Even with adblock turned off). Something ran through the left panel, but I closed it and did not find how to open it again :)
- Very smart interface. There are no lags at all.
- The interface is actually convenient. The window is not trying to get out of the browser.
- Integration in one contact list from several social networks / services.
- There are groups, block sheets
- Full Russian support in communication
- Almost complete interface Russification (78% at the time of writing)
- There are sound alerts / pop-up alerts
- There is an iOS client.
Also, thanks @AMarkin
- the ability to quickly share content (voice notes, photos, locations, videos) with those users who have a client
- the ability to make calls
IOS ClientMinuses
- No metacontacts. If 1 person is in 4 networks - you will have 4 contacts in the list.
- Minor flaws (in the iOS client, instead of avatars from social networks, your avatar is pulled up), some of the strings are not Russified.
- Something else is sure to come out, but for now, everything suits me.
Funny contact list in the clientCustomers
Thin client - imo.im. Quick registration (does not ask for “repeat password entry”, allows you to work with the service BEFORE activation by mail). I started all my accounts right away and I speak freely. Conveniently.
The client for iOS is quite convenient. There are no elegant design solutions. He is boring in terms of design. But it does its job 100% - you can quickly find a contact and write messages to it. I do not need more.
Conclusion
You can use the service. Many available services, nice interfaces, Russian support and a good mobile client appeal to this service. The lack of advertising adds benefits to the service.
