Especially for startups! Competition for Windows 8 applications from Microsoft, DEMO mobile and Startup Weekend

Take part in the competition of applications for Windows 8 from Microsoft, DEMO mobile and Startup Weekend! If you are a startup and you have at least a prototype application for Windows 8, then you can take part in the competition.

All that is needed for this:

1) Submit a prototype of your application. This can be a video, a presentation, a set of screenshots, and everything that suits the conditions of the competition.
2) Start dialing voices! Once your prototype has been approved, retweet links to it using the #windowschallenge tag and collect the most votes (50% of your points will be obtained by public vote)

The competition will be held in two stages:

1) Registration of the prototype of the application (the prototype can be registered until January 29, 2013)
2) Application implementation. By the end of this stage, you will need to submit a ready-made version of the application (the stage starts on February 5 and ends on March 1, 2013)

• The first prize in the competition - a startup team’s trip to DEMO Mobile in San Francisco April 17, 2013
• Top 5 teams will receive marketing promotion of their application
• All semi-finalists will receive free design assistance and technical support from experts.
