Licensed software for educational institutions. Free and not quite

Good day!
I work in a state educational institution (college) in one of the republics of our vast Motherland. Since the writing of the post on the development of the infrastructure of this school, we have managed to do quite a lot. Perhaps, something else will be written about the results, but in this topic I would like to present a selection of ways to get initially non-free licensed software both for free and with substantial discounts. Many things are checked for themselves.
