It was invented in 2000 by two Swiss - Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer, based on a study of the mass of other melodic and non-melodic drums and other percussions. The main idea of ​​the instrument is that it is more important to feel the music than to be a virtuoso of the game. Thanks to the cunning non-European system and the bass in the center, it’s almost impossible to play “not so” - you can be sure of the flash simulator .

Alas, the question of how to buy one yourself, the short answer is “no way”. They are not sold in stores, not sent by mail. Two years ago, the people who invented it and made it closed their website, recently they turned off e-mail. The only remaining way is to write them by regular paper mail, get an answer in a few months, and somewhere in a year to come to their home in Bern, where you can choose your own hang, at a price of 1,200 euros.
On the one hand, it hurts me: I have almost no chance to acquire this magic tool. On the other hand, it’s nice that in our globalized world there are still people who, having invented something extraordinary, don’t send the idea to the mass-production furnace, but leave it as it is.
And this is a rarity in modern times.
