“Runet Prize 2007” identified leaders
The experts of the state Internet award chose ten leading projects in each of the seven nominations of the Runet Award - 2007 . All of them are published on the official website.
Perhaps the most interesting struggle will unfold in the nomination “Culture and Mass Communication”, where projects from the companies OOO Vkontakte, LLC Odnoklassniki and CJSC SUP Industrial are among the leaders. Recently, paranoid rumors have spread in the Internet environment that the first two projects were created with the participation of Russian special services, so if they receive a state award, it will be quite logical.
Three laureates in each nomination will be announced during a solemn ceremony to be held on November 27, 2007 in Moscow, at the Meyerhold Theater and Cultural Center. A live online broadcast will begin on November 27 at 19.00 Moscow time at rutube.ru/tv/rocit.html .
