Today's copyright deadlines are disproportionately longer than progress requires. Excessive copyright protection limits the benefits they bring and does not condone the development and creation of new works.

I ask the government to limit the term of copyright to 10 years without any exceptions. And although, compared with the current copyright terms, 10 years may seem quite modest, nevertheless, 10 years is a lot, apparently, even this period is superfluous. I also ask you to limit existing rights to 10 years.
