Plugoo - convenient feedback on your site.

Found a new service that allows you to embed a feedback form on your website. When creating a form, you can fully customize its appearance: color, size, and so on. But what is most interesting is that you can choose a way to communicate with your site visitor: ICQ, Gtalk, Yahoo, Jabber, MSN, AIM.
After the visitor has left a message to you - a session of your conversation is created and you can communicate freely, while your contact details remain unknown to the interlocutor.
There is one drawback - Cyrillic is not supported in messages. I already complained to the developers :)
