E-voting complexes will have two types of media.

As the head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Alexander Veshnyakov, told RIA Novosti on Thursday in Veliky Novgorod, information on the election results will be stored in the CEG not only on electronic media, but also on paper. “It will be like a black box in an airplane,” said the head of the CEC. “In case of any doubts in the work of the complexes, any of the election observers will be able to receive the voting results in printed form and compare them with the electronic ones.”

Keeping information on two types of media, according to Veshnyakov, will exclude the possibility of juggling the election results and, in particular, will eliminate the danger of any CEG reprogramming.
