This information applies to any type of carrier, not just SSD, I just take it as an example, since it has a relatively high cost of storing information.

Perhaps you already know that Google Chrome keeps its previous versions on your disk. How do you think, how many versions does it store?

You have the opportunity to take part in two surveys and compare your expectations and reality.
Under the spoiler my information, please see them after answering the survey.
My profile details
Total for the two profiles is 2.04 GB. Although this size could shrink up to 300 MB.
I have a 120 GB SSD, of which 30 GB is reserved for the working partition. And for many SSDs of smaller size, therefore, it may be much more relevant for them to save space. And the less space left on the SSD, the slower it will work.
I wonder how far Chrome can go in their appetites.
Judging by the data from Google, this problem is not only with me, but with other users.
I want to know how you solve the problem of saving space, especially if you administer a network in which computers have several active users.
There are offers in the network, but they are reduced either to the use of scripts or to the programs for cleaners.
Are there any other solutions?
UPD So, alexsupra brought some thoughts to my mind and I found the
Alternative (standalone) Google Chrome installation file (for Windows) . There are versions for one user and for all.
