Contest LG Smart TV Apps Contest 2012 extended for 2 months
Hello! For more than two months now, the LG Smart TV Apps Contest 2012 is going on, which we wrote about not so long ago, but the flow of ideas and proposals does not subside. Moreover, there are regular requests to extend the competition in order to have time to prepare the idea properly, with the presentation, layout, and the time to develop competitive applications is often too optimistic about the authors of the applications.
Well, if we listen to your ideas (after all, these ideas are for the sake of which everything was started, they will help make our smart TVs better), how can we ignore requests to increase the duration of the competition, if it only brings us an increase in interesting applications to improve our products? :)
We decided to extend the qualifying round for two months, thus, the last day of receiving ideas and applications - February 20, 2013. We will not transfer the date of issue of prizes and the award ceremony, the winners will be announced on April 1, 2013, and will be awarded, as it was reported earlier, on the 5th of the same month.
User voting for the best idea in the nomination “Audience Award” will continue until March 31, 2013 inclusive.
