I read an article entitled “5 rules of good design for the web”, and I see what kind of mess is going on with people’s concepts.

The first rule of a web designer is:

"Do not confuse design with the preparation of layouts."

After all, do not they confuse writing music with drawing notes? Do not confuse the creation of a novel with the writing of the text? Do not confuse writing a picture with driving by brush on paper?

Design is design , not preparation of files for layout.
