How it works? Now you can go to
www.i-oblako.ru and register in the "Personal
Account ". Connect to the i-Teco OpenStack Cloud service in
the “My Account” and use the virtual servers from the I-Teco public cloud located in the
TrustInfo data center for free during the test period
. Click the "Test" button, get a "promo code" by e-mail (this can happen instantly, and it can take up to 15 minutes - depending on how fast the mail goes) - and you can work with i-Teco OpenStack Cloud. By the way, your opinion about this service will be interesting. Until February 2013, it will be provided in pilot mode, that is, completely

Why OpenStack?
Since 2011, I-Teco has already been providing IaaS, i-Teco Enterprise Cloud, to large companies. We took into account this experience when developing a new service, as well as the specifics of the business of small companies, in connection with which i-Teco OpenStack Cloud is built on a separate cloud platform.

Let's look at Wikipedia:
OpenStack is free software for creating computing clouds and cloud storages, both public and private. On the basis of OpenStack more than 150 companies of the world, including IBM, Yahoo, Intel, AMD, Cisco, HP and many others, build their infrastructure.
The advantages of the OpenStack platform are cost efficiency due to the use of open source and the compatibility of the standard with the Amazon EC2 API. With the ability to create cost-effective solutions for managing IT infrastructure, the OpenStack platform will allow small companies to build, test and develop their IT infrastructure with an optimal ratio of functionality and cost. Simply put, we reduce the cost of our development, and ultimately the cost of service for end users decreases.

In fact, for the first time in Russia, a large integrator, initially focused on supporting large customers and projects, is building infrastructure for a small business.
The commercial operation of i-Teco OpenStack Cloud from I-Teco will be launched in February 2013. Gradually, in the "
My Account " on the website
www.i-oblako.ru there will be an opportunity to test, order and start working with other services from I-Teco, as well as business applications that are presented by our partners in the "cloud showcase" of the Services Shop i-Oblako - now it is 30 SaaS-solutions for companies in terms of supporting office and back-office work, business process management, business support and industry solutions.
