New electronic paper

Epson Seiko released a new display built on the principle of electronic ink.


6.7 ″ panel displays an image with a resolution of 1,200 x 1,600 pixels. Display thickness 3mm. weight 57 grams, contrast level 8 to 1, reflectivity 43%, redraw time 0.7s. On one battery type: CR1220, the display can show up to 1400 pages.

There is currently no information about the price and use in any products.
