Promotion FAQ

Q. Who can take part in the promotion?

B. How to apply and what should be in it
A. Send applications to Marat Rakayev with the subject “Dell Test Program”. In the application, describe which servers you would like to get to work and what tasks you will solve with their help.

Q. Servers give one and all?
A. The selection of these people and companies will be competitive, and among the criteria are readiness to talk with us Dell representatives after use and share your opinion on our products.

Q. Can I see everyone?
A. For a test program, servers of previous generations will be available and, if possible, a new one:
10th and 11th generation: R300, R510, R415, R610, R710, R815, C6100 (4 knots)
12th generation: R420, R620, R720, R720xd, R820

Q. Under what conditions will the server be provided?
A. Agreement on temporary use.

Q. Will there be technical support for these servers?
A. Yes. Advice on installation, configuration, use, etc., free of charge and to the maximum extent. If the warranty and after-sales service, then by the same rules that Dell equipment is serviced, as if it were just bought.

Q. For how long will the equipment be issued?
A. The deadline is negotiated with each participant individually, depending on the interestingness of its tasks and which particular model from the Dell range is needed. We are ready for a rather long-term program, six months or more.

Q. If a company likes the equipment, can it keep it? For example, redeem.
A. Yes, of course, you can purchase your favorite model from our authorized dealers. With access to partners, we will try to help.

UPDATE: Friends, in just a couple of hours, we have already received quite a lot (more than two dozen) applications from those who want to participate in the program. Do not be alarmed if we do not promptly respond to you - we simply do not have time to physically. Habraeffekt, you know! :) We plan to work on requests before the New Year, clarify details and discuss options, and after the New Year we will begin to notify the participants and distribute the elephants to send to the server.
