On August 24, the current (2012) year, type
designer Mikhail Chereda from the city of Yekaterinburg posted his
Casper font
on the Behance website , allowing him to download it freely - under license from
SIL OFL 1.1.Since Casper at least twice mentioned on Habrahabr
([ 1 ], [
2 ]).
But on the
Google Web Fonts site it wasn’t like it or not.

This is sad.
I would like to appeal to all developers of free Cyrillic fonts on this example: having published your offspring, do not neglect placing it on Google Web Fonts, because it will allow many site builders to use, for example,
partial download of only necessary letters. And at the same time increase the popularity of the font.
