WinRAR has opened a Russian site

The popular site WinRAR has opened a Russian site. No, this is not winrar.ru, as one might assume, but win-rar.ru (with a hyphen). With the owner of the domain without a hyphen, apparently, did not agree on the price, so winrar.ru remained parked on Sedo.
