“We do not aim to become market leaders. The project is already quite competitive, showing high growth rates. But MM appeared on the market only two years ago, so the gap between the leaders is still quite large. At the end of next year, we plan to enter the top three.
MM has one significant advantage - it was created on the FINAM bank hardware complex, all its payments are completely legal. This ensures that in case of tightening the regulation of the market, for example, from the Central Bank, the company will not have problems
Key development priorities:
1) an increase in the number of partners (online stores, etc.), and the emphasis will be placed on regular payments (utilities, mobile communications, Internet, loans, etc.),
2) active expansion into the regions
3) holding various special promotions that make purchases through MM more profitable.
We believe that the growth in the number of users is more dependent on service, features and accessibility, rather than advertising. Accordingly, the three indicated directions are emphasized. ”
