FSB will monitor the security of networks of important objects

None other than the FSB will now monitor the security of information and telecommunication systems and networks of critical facilities. This commitment is enshrined by President Putin in the decree “On Amendments to the Regulations on the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation No. 960,” Prime-TASS reported.

The powers of the FSB will now include the development of regulatory and methodological documents on the safety of communications of critical facilities, as well as monitoring their safety.
