So, IT professionals are always welcome in companies. Today, 7% of all job advertisements are addressed to them, and since the beginning of the year the demand for these specialists has grown by 35%.

Employers are mostly interested in professionals with work experience, but young professionals are also in demand. They are focused on about 18% of all industry vacancies.
At the same time, the demand for young professionals with minimal or no experience has increased by 2 times.
Job seekers have begun to actively post and update resumes since the fall. Since the beginning of the year, the number of resumes has grown by 24%.
