The model range of the IdeaPad S400 series offers a wide range of different configurations, starting with low-end solutions based on Intel Celeron Dual Core with integrated graphics and ending with models on the Intel Core i5 with AMD Radeon 7450M video cards.

All models are equipped with 4 GB of RAM and a 14-inch glossy display with a resolution of 1366x768. Standard hard drives with a capacity of 320 or 500 GB are used for data storage. In addition, it is possible to install a small SSD drive to speed up the system.
