Following today's release of the Mac OS X 10.4.11 update, Apple also introduced a new beta version of the Safari web browser for Windows.
The latest beta version is much more stable, faster and safer. Here is a small list of new features:
- Additional font smoothing option
- Added international text entry methods
- Added cookie management
- Added spelling and grammar checker
- New keyboard shortcuts

Safari 3 is also included by default in the Mac OS X 10.4.11 update, allowing users of Tiger OS to work in the latest version of the Safari 3 web browser. The first Safari output for Windows took place in June 2007.
