Some thoughts of a new person in Habré.

On the site, I recently. I came here on a tip from a “progressive” and experienced habrachelek, who advised me “a professional and adequate IT community”.
At once I want to note that after scrolling through many posts I began to understand that the site was thought out very constructively, and despite some difficulty in understanding at the beginning, iron structural logic can be traced.
The people are sitting smart, professional, armed with karma and strength and efficient for good (and especially for evil).
But sometimes, for a seemingly innocent post or comment, there is an avalanche of minuses. Explain to the newcomer what is it?
Site policy or “as usual”, dark others?
If by stupid chance, my (other) post or comment does not match the mood of the minus, a person falls into a pit of minus debt, and there is no opportunity to justify, and the chance to become embittered and stop being useful to the community is very, very great.
It will be interesting to the opinion of those who really balanced on the verge of minus debt, as well as comrades of the lungs for punishment.
