Diorama - a ribbon-shaped, semicircle curved pictorial picture with the foreground plan (structures, real and fake objects). Diorama refers to the mass entertainment, in which the illusion of the presence of the viewer in the natural space is achieved by the synthesis of artistic and technical means. Dioramas are designed for artificial lighting and are often located in special pavilions. A huge role in exhibiting a diorama is played by the equipment of the exposition hall and the design of the observation deck, as well as light and sound (music and narration accompaniment). Most dioramas are dedicated to historical battles. The most widely used diorama in museum practice as a special way of presenting documentary material, supported by figurative emotionality.
