Free English book "Programming Windows 8 Apps with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript"

Every day there are more and more materials on the development of applications for Windows 8. Last week I wrote that our book “ Developing Applications for Windows 8 in C # ” became available for free. Many people wondered if there was something similar for HTML and JavaScript developers?
