Yandex has published the results of the first stage of the VIII Russian Cup on Internet search. 112 players, and it was precisely this number of people who answered at least 11 questions, went to the second round.

"This year, in the Cup effectively participated (scored one point or more) 1,896 players, 160 of them juniors," - said in a press release.
The first round went according to the standard scheme - it was necessary to answer the questions asked.
The most guessable of which was:
““ What is the surname of a Russian poet who interviewed a person in 1923 who later became known under a pseudonym, translated into Russian as “Lake of Light Letter”? ”” - about 458 people answered.
The questions, as always, were complex and original, so one of them found one that no one could answer:
“What is the Latin name for an animal with mammary glands on its shoulders?”
The average time for which the players were looking for an answer was 130 seconds, and a record time of 15 seconds was recorded on the question:
“At what age did Daniel Craig get an invitation to play 007?”
The cup final in which the title of “The Man Who Found Everything” is played out and 701 thousand rubles will be held on December 13 in Moscow, in the studio of the O2TV channel.
