Anonymity recognition service

On many web resources, a random visitor is forced to register. But the meaning of this procedure is very doubtful. Personally, I register one time and only when I do not find another site with the necessary information. So does the majority.

The motives of resource owners are quite understandable - a person who spends time on registration will be more attentive to the project and, perhaps, will return. Therefore, unregistered site visitors are limited in access to information, in actions (comments, etc.). This speculative practice only harms the site - less readers, less content. A recent startup appeared here, designed to simplify authorization on different sites, but such services, in my opinion, are not very promising.

On the other hand, especially web-dvanolized sites go too far. Unpleasantly visiting the search engine in the address bar to see the old query, well, you never know what I was looking for.

In short, I propose not to limit unregistered users, but to give them other functionality.
For example, on Habré, output anonymous comments in a separate block, and activate viewing only by pressing a special button. Voting for news - a separate rating. Inferiority of users should be in the process of understanding, and not from the threshold.

Sites can easily exchange data about anonymous users and authorize according to a set of attributes from a common database. Then it turns out "service anonymity recognition."

Illustration: for the first time I come to a certain site, and in the authorization block there are not fields for login and password, but “Your ID: 0827601, dossier”, while commenting on “0827601: tra-la-la”, by “0827601”, etc. Anonymous recording, of course, is easier; spam in theory will be more. But if other anonymous users replace the spammer, then the site will be cleaner. And information about the spammer - transfer to the database and the access level (karma) of the anonymous author will decrease.

Thus, you can remain “anonymous”, but have a reputation, karma, etc.
The idea is still damp, I hope for comments.
