Google Play - Books and Films are available for Russia

For Russia, the Movies and Books section in google Play has become available.
Music is bypassing Russia for the time being.

It looks like Apple’s response to the launch of its services for sale in the CIS countries, but unlike it, Ukraine’s older brother didn’t start the service and didn’t enjoy even Russian spaces with music.

UPDATE - A bug is detected, if you do not have a google wallet account tied with a card, you cannot download a free book.
