Petr Mitrichev, a graduate student at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, defended his last year's championship, for the second time in a row taking first place in the student world programming championship in the individual competition, which ended in the United States. Another one of our compatriots - Vitaly Valtma, a fifth-year student of the same university, took fourth place. Thus, our guys have once again confirmed that it is for our country that the future of IT and that we will be the flagships of this direction. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that over 3000 of the strongest programmers representing their universities in the world took part in the championship.
