Google accused of patent infringement

Google is accused of violating a patent that belonged to Kenneth Baclawski, a professor at Northeastern United States University in Boston. Baklawski owns the rights to 10 patents (you can see here ), which were registered with the company Jarg. In this case, most likely, there is a violation of patent No. 5694593 , which describes a method for searching and storing information in large distributed databases.

The lawsuit did not indicate when the search giant began using the developments described in the above patent, which was registered on December 2, 1997, but Jarg discovered violations by Google about 2.5 years ago. Actually, according to the company, she then began to look for lawyers and prepare a lawsuit against Google. Jarg hopes to win this case and get legal contributions from Google.

Although it is likely that someone just once again wanted to get a few million dollars in the next patent court case. Maybe I'm wrong.
