Analysis of the completed Internet project, how is it?

How do you analyze the completed Internet project?

At the moment, I decided to try to analyze in MindjetMap.
I write down the course of events on the project:
1) all meetings with the minutes (description of the meeting, what difficulties arose, ways of solving them, etc.)
2) Tasks (assigned tasks, difficulties encountered, scheduled time, real time spent, etc.)

In general, everything is all about the project being implemented. Plans / fact. Let's see what can be useful from this.

How do you do it? Share your experience. Perhaps there is a special software?
