Apple launches iTunes Store tomorrow in Russia

November 19 was already a topic about the fact that the iTunes Music Store in Russia is in the testing stage. Today the information became known that the service will be officially launched on December 4th.

iTunes could not get to Russia for a long time. Users had to either download music on torrent trackers, or buy from the USA iTunes Store, where you had to pay $ 1.29 for one track, which is not very profitable.

Internet portal TechCrunch, with reference to a letter from one of the readers, reports:
A small group of selected people was invited to Moscow for an Apple event, to be held on December 4th. The music presentation will be launched officially Russian iTunes Store.
The venue of the event is Red Square, a showroom in GUM.

It is also reported that for one track you have to pay at least 15 rubles, and for an album at least 100 rubles.
