Bluetooth sticker helps to find keys, backpack or remote control

They say that if you tie together the keys, the TV remote control and the socks (the most “lost” things in the world), then the portal will open to an unknown dimension into which all lost things fall. If it is serious, then indeed, there are often moments when you are in a hurry, but you cannot find the keys to your house / car. Or is there a remote control somewhere gone, and the TV immediately turns into an uncontrollable "brick". The other day an interesting solution was presented to all these problems. The solution is a small bluetooth device called StickNFind ( as long as it isn’t on sale , I’ll tell you right away).

As seen in the photo, the device is really tiny, which helps to conveniently attach it to almost any thing. As far as you can understand, StickNFind is also capable of making sound, plus producing light signals. To search for things with StickNFind attached, you need to use an application for a smartphone (iOS and Android). The application turns the search for an object into a cold / hot game, showing how close the desired item is (the search direction is not shown, unfortunately).

The application allows you to set a warning if any thing goes beyond the set limits. For example, if you forget your luggage, going a few meters away, you will immediately receive a signal. A minor drawback of the device is that it is not protected from moisture. Ie, dropping the keys in a puddle, it is unlikely StickNFind will continue to work. Most likely, the device "will die."

Now the authors of the project are raising funds to start the production of their devices. To do this, they need 70 thousand US dollars, with 23 thousand already collected. The price of a pair of “stickers” is $ 35, ten stickers can be purchased for $ 150. Each device is equipped with a replaceable battery, which will last for about a year (if you use StickNFind for half an hour a day).
