Sites of Russian corporations investors have put a "fail"
Hallvarsson & Halvarsson (H & H), together with Financial Dynamics and the Financial Times newspaper, studied 26 sites of Russian companies, each of which places its shares on the stock exchange and has a capitalization of at least $ 2 billion.
Analysts, investors and journalists evaluated the quality of information according to 125 criteria, the Vedomosti newspaper reports. They concluded that the sites almost always lacked information on corporate governance, but this is not the worst, since some companies do not even have an English version of the site.
The maximum number of points that a company could receive for caring for an investor is 95.5. The best Russian issuer, Lukoil , received 51 points, that is, it didn’t get very close to the top bar. Sites of other companies scored even less: Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant (NLMK) - 46, Aeroflot - 41.5, Norilsk Nickel - 41, and Sibneft - 40.75.

The average score of domestic companies is 30.6 - more than 20 points lower than the average of the participants of the European ranking. But on the other hand, it is known who can be equal to - the Dutch postal and logistic company TNT, which scored 83.8 points, became the “champion” according to the results of a study in Europe.
