Google will no longer block

Not so long ago on Habré there was a whole series of posts with outraged (probably quite justifiably outraged) messages about blocking Google (here Google once again hit the Registry of banned sites and here Why banned Google or “wanted the best, but it turned out as always” ) and here from Roskomnadzor received an explanation in which they promised no longer block Google and some other search engines.

According to the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”, “the owner of a website on the Internet is a person who, independently and at his own discretion, determines the procedure for using a website on the Internet, including the procedure for placing information on such a website ". Search services do not independently determine how to use sites that are indexed for search purposes, including how to place information on such sites. ”

PS those addresses that were mentioned in the posts from the registry were removed.

UPD 1: Thanks to the DonkeyHot user for the amendment : it was not the search results that were previously blocked, but the content of related Google user services such as blogs.
