NMSYS Company - “National Medical System” - was founded in 2010 and specializes in the development, implementation and maintenance of automated information systems in the field of preventive medicine. The team brings together expertise in management consulting, economics, information technology and medicine, covering all levels of the organization of population prevention in high-risk groups of occupational and cardiorenal pathology.

According to the World Health Organization, 60% of chronic diseases in modern society are associated with ten leading risk factors:

Chronic diseases are increasingly becoming the main causes of the disability of a significant part of the population, especially those of mature age, with extensive professional experience and potential for active life.
The solution proposed by the team is a software and hardware complex that allows us to solve the main problems associated with the collection, accumulation and analysis of medical diagnostic information at a modern level.
Participation in the system of management of population health will allow anyone with the help of the MDU to actually manage their health, and medical workers to identify at an early stage, to respond quickly and effectively to control further the risk factors of such serious diseases as:


At the moment, the team members have developed the general structure of the diagnostic platform for preventive personal health care, the logical, functional and physical structure of the software and hardware complex for telemedicine surveillance. The original methodology of situational blood pressure screening has been developed to effectively control the degree of patient cooperation in the treatment of arterial hypertension, ensuring the constancy of the necessary treatment. A preliminary block diagram of the device and a schematic diagram of the individual modules were also developed. Tests of the embedded GPS / GPRS modem under cloud infrastructure and tests of the Bluetooth data receiving / transmitting module of the Health Device Profile (HDP) special profile have been conducted. The HDP profile is specifically designed for the interaction processes of various medical devices. HDP is designed for interconnecting medical sensors and medical measuring devices from various manufacturers. In addition, the profile meets the requirements of the standard Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, class 1, allows you to translate data into text format and is certified by the international telemedicine association Continua Health Alliance.

The case of the device will be made of a new material BIOGRADER RC7500, designed specifically for medical applications. Antimicrobial properties of the material make it attractive for any products intended for use by different people and generally easy to carry in their hands. The working surface meets all modern requirements for the organization of a man-machine interface and is tilted at an angle of 20 °, which is ideal in terms of the ergonomics of the operator’s work both in horizontal and vertical positioning of the device.

The design of the MDU housing allows you to place as touch-sensitive displays of various sizes and devices built using tablet computers. Therefore, on the basis of the case, you can create user-friendly devices with interactive display of processes. The advantages of touch displays are simple intuitive controls and a perfect navigation system. The portable part is simply “hung” on the base, with a latch for a secure fit.

To ensure true mobility, it is planned to use an instant display and display device located in the micro-package and designed to be worn on the key ring, on the wrist strap or on the cord around the neck.

The proposed device will be an integral part of the project being developed to create a system of individual health management, management of population prevention, occupational and cardiorenal pathology.
