KP Media (formerly known as KP Publications), one of the leaders of the Ukrainian print media market and the Internet market, conducted an initial public offering (IPO),

The company placed 20% of its shares on the PFTS trading floor. According to Andrei Pivovarsky, Vice-President of Dragon Capital, Western portfolio funds became buyers of securities. In addition, 7% of the shares will be transferred to employees of the company, - said Jed Sunden, the founder and director of KP Media. He also hopes that the IPO will allow the publishing house to attract investments of about $ 11 million for business development and launch of new projects.
KP Media intends to increase its share both in the print media market and on the Internet. The company intends to develop the presence of its publications in the regions and launch new projects. According to KP Media, the rapidly growing advertising market will contribute to the achievement of these goals.
