ICANN changed the IP address of the root āLā DNS server
On November 1, the IP address of the root DNS server ā L ā changed.
DNS server administrators are recommended to make changes to configure the root zone, replace L.ROOT-SERVERS.NET IP address from 198.32.64.12 to 199.7.83.42.
The root hints file can be obtained with the command: dig ns @ a.root-servers.net
