The team of developers of the Interactive Mobile Diagnostic Device - “Cognitive Network Diagnostic System of Human Health” includes several groups of specialists from Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and Surgut. A formalized description of human states and behavior is carried out using dynamic models of distributed systems, so the team chose the appropriate name: “Dynamics of active systems” (DynAcSys). It is possible to identify the main reference points of the development of the concept of the team:
The architecture concept of the “Simulator of living systems” was developed (published in the proceedings of the conferences “Nonlinear Dynamics in Cognitive Processes”, IAP RAS, 2009 and 2011, www.nd-cogsci.iapras.ru/2011 , as well as in the thematic issue of the journal “Applied Nonlinear Dynamics”, 2011, No. 6).
A prototype of the “Analyzer of multicomponent liquids” has been developed, for which in experimental tests it was shown that it can be used for medical rapid diagnostics, the detection of counterfeit food and drugs, as well as for a wide range of other applications.
Developed working samples of biometric systems for human identification.
A portable ultrasound device has been developed to control the thickness of the fat layer and the structure of human muscle tissue.
Experimental criteria have been developed for assessing a person’s condition using wireless cardiointervalography.
Developed versions of devices and information systems that allow you to get user integrative indicators (diagnostic signs of mental, physiological, biomechanical, biophysical status).
The features of tremor associated with the sensation of pain are identified.
Experimental criteria have been developed for assessing the functional state of the human brain and inter-hemispheric asymmetry using the method of dichotic stimulation, as well as assessing the level of emotional tension based on the data on the thresholds for color differentiation within the HLS color model. The use of such biosensors makes it possible to evaluate the cognitive system, the emotional state and the vegetative functions of the patients - users, as well as athletes.
A questionnaire (http://www.visionsurvey.net) has been developed to assess the functioning and health of the patient.
The structure of the system is implemented as a network "client - server" system, built on the basis of mobile computing systems from smartphones to tablet computers and laptops, aggregated with diagnostic sensors of various nature. These sensors, the final set and the types of which must be determined in the course of work, generate signals recorded by mobile computing systems that form diagnostic parameters. The procedure for comparing the current values of the parameters with the "reference" values takes place in the network and should be implemented based on the technology of "cloud" computing. The functional architecture of the interaction of individual “client” devices with the servers serving the system is shown in the figure.
The technology is aimed at use in the following market segments: ')
medical rapid diagnosis;
sports medicine;
veterinary rapid diagnosis;
identification of counterfeit pharmacological products;
express method of quality control of liquid food and technical products;
criminalistics;
perfumery industry;
technological control in the production of drugs, as well as food production.
