Yesterday we released a non-commercial, but very important service for us - marking vacancies for people with disabilities. This little feature on hh.ru, we hope, will help to quickly find qualified work for those who do it a little harder than most of us.

When an employer places a job, he can mark it as accessible to people with disabilities. Such a mark will mean that the employer is ready to treat all applicants on an equal footing, based only on their professional skills.

Applicants see a note next to the "respond to a vacancy" button.

If you wish, you can exclude vacancies from the search results without such marking in order to display only suitable ones. This is done in the
advanced search .

Responding to a vacancy, an applicant with a disability should independently assess how well the requirements for a vacancy are comparable to its individual characteristics. If there are no obvious obstacles, then the employer's doors are open and you can safely send your resume.
For several weeks of testing the service,
more than 400 vacancies received a mark, so even now there are plenty to choose from. In the field of IT, for example, there are already 89 of them. As soon as the weekly mailing for employers, sent yesterday, reaches the addressees, it will be possible to draw the first conclusions about the companies' readiness to overcome stereotypes with us.
Partner in the launch of the service was the TV channel "Rain". The guys have for a long time been a project
“All different. Everybody is equal ” , within which they do a lot of important things, in particular, help people with disabilities to find a good job, making
small videos about successful stories. Now we will put together such stories with “Rain” together, thanks to the launch of the labeling, we hope they will become hundreds of times more. If you have something to tell, write to us at
story@hh.ru .
