Catalog of companies - exporters of IT solutions in St. Petersburg

RUSSOFT NP together with Ingria Technopark and the First City Business Incubator prepared the report “St. Petersburg: Software and IT Services Industry. Industry overview, catalog of export-oriented companies and promising start-ups ”( St. Petersburg: Software and Information Technology Services Industry. Industry overview, catalog-oriented companies & promising start-ups ). The document was prepared as part of a program launched by the St. Petersburg Foundation for Business Development, and was funded by the City Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade.

The report is published in English and contains an overview of the local IT industry, which includes: a description of key market players, an analysis of human capital, an assessment of the infrastructure, a list of companies that export IT solutions and promising start-ups, and a SWOT analysis of the sector.

Despite the fact that the target audience of the report are marketing companies and rating agencies, it seemed to me that it would be interesting for IT professionals working in St. Petersburg to get acquainted with sufficiently detailed information about the industry in their region. However, in the future it is planned to prepare similar reports on other subjects of Russia.
