The area of the one-story house is 140 square meters, the two-story house is 250. The house is transformed using hydraulic mechanisms. Walls - extruded wood with a thickness of 15 centimeters, reinforced with steel plates. The house is connected to stationary communications: electricity, water, sewage, etc. For autonomous existence, a diesel generator and water tanks are provided.
The inventor, the Russian engineer Dahir Semenov, argues that in terms of comfort, a transforming house is not inferior to an ordinary wooden house. The cost of a mobile home is comparable to the cost of an ordinary house.
