How often they say: "Laziness is the engine of progress." So once, I was too lazy to read all the comments on articles, scroll dozens, and sometimes hundreds of comments. I decided to somehow simplify this process - I created userscript (here is
a good article that helped me understand how to do this very script), which will filter comments by rating.
The essence of userscript'a
After the page loads, a panel appears at the top right (you can hide it if it interferes). Enter a rating of comments that you think will be interesting and basically everything. The unnecessary ones are hidden, the suitable ones remain, and you can always click “Show comments” and the thread of this comment will be completely open.
Conclusion
I hope someone will benefit from this userscript, in any case, in topics where there are 1000 comments (rarely, but it happens), to read everything is a long occupation, and you want to see the most interesting ones, then the script really “saves”.
Initially I did everything under Firefox, but then everything was easily transferred to Opera and Chrome, so you can use it in your favorite browser.
