Opera 12.11 Final

There was another update to the desktop version of Opera 12.11. Among the bug fixes and improvements in browser stability, there are a couple of closed vulnerabilities. Not very critical, but still. Also in this version, we tried to take into account the complaints of users to version 12.10 as much as possible and to correct the detected shortcomings.
