Android 4.2 calendar is missing December

In the standard Android 4.2 contact manager, the month is December. For November 2012, January 2013 goes right away. In previous versions, the calendar works fine. The bug is registered in the Android bugtracker number 39692 . In the discussion of the bug, it was suggested that the ridiculous mistake was caused by the classical confusion with the indices - December will be the 12th month, if you count from 1, and 11th, if the numbering starts from 0.
