Check the details of your accounts - you can order it in the online assistant. Perhaps such an error could have occurred at some other time and / or other operators. Personally, I have spent 350r in this way for a 5-minute call.
After contacting technical support, they told me that this was indeed their mistake. "Most likely, a hardware error, possibly due to the weather." The stars did not converge, apparently. Made a request for a refund, which returned within 24 hours.
