Google Books participant Benjamin Staffin posted on his Google+ page a message stating that he developed a working effective scanner model for ultra-fast scanning that does not require human participation and is extremely sensitive to the pages of the book. In general, the device is a triangular prism with a special pocket for installing the book, the pages of which are turned over by the air flow generated by a vacuum cleaner.
