Hello!
To avoid possible speculation and speculation, and most importantly - panic, I will allow myself a small repost from our blog (http://blog.rutracker.org) briefly reflecting the essence of the matter:
We received a notification that Rutreker is ALREADY on the list, number 106, because some INFORMATION is supposedly located at
rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=620726 , and its (information) must be deleted within a day.
Under this link - the distribution of "Encyclopedia of suicide" (by the way, unpopular). Okay, the topic was deleted, the torrent was unregistered, although in general it is clear that there was no encyclopedia except for the torrent file by reference and there was no mention of it, and what was in the distribution itself was also a big question that hardly anyone investigated. what to put in the "black list".
')
The state body was immediately notified about the removal of the distribution by writing an email to them, which immediately returned with the mark rejected. That is, the GOSKOMNADZOR does not enter into correspondence with anyone, and if it does, then, judging by its website, only with those who subscribe to “an electronic signature issued by any certification center, accredited by the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of Russia”. Ridiculous.
So at the moment (November 12, 2012) we are in the registry, with the above (but already deleted) link.
However, apparently, it
DOES NOT MEAN that providers are obliged to block rutracker.org itself. . Unfortunately, there is no more accurate information on the Roskomnadzor website.
Who and on what basis will exclude (and whether it will be at all?) Us from this registry is also an open question. There is no such information on the REGISTRY website. Although they can (and even must) write to the Registry thanks to the actions and statements of any anonymous author.
Insanity in general.
It remains to add that the topic is gaining popularity and inevitably increased interest in everything that will be closed by Roskomnadzor, and as a result (and the saddest thing) - to the subject of prohibited sites.
Their “black lists” will surely come up, and as a result - mirrors of these “black lists”, etc., etc. Businessmen speculating on “forbidden sites”, fake threats, “send SMS and get an access code”, “pay $$$ and we will add a competitor to the registry” and similar banners and services will appear very soon.
