Gmail updated

This morning, I found my gmail somewhat changed.

Briefly about the innovations:

• new, more advanced contact manager;
• when you hover on the sender pops up his colorful profile, and not just an avatar, as it was before;
• creating a filter based on the letter being viewed;
• the ability to “silence” the thread (all subsequent incoming letters to the thread are automatically archived);
• new options in the built-in chat;
• the ability to select an avatar through Google Picasa.

The design, by the way, also unobtrusively improved - with regard to alignment and indents.
