The bad news:

that's the problem. After posting on Habré, the download speed from Letitbit dropped to 5KB / s per file. Apparently, some very greedy admin Letitbita is sitting on a habr and he was painfully hurt that we give customers the opportunity to download from their system for free (although we honestly buy their premiums) and he killed the speed of our subnet to the level of free subscriptions. Found similar HERE . Apparently they have this “normal” practice and our money for them smells differently than yours. Perhaps, if you do not turn it back on, you will have to refuse them.
