Problems with apruv: Apple buried under the shaft of applications?

Recently, in a Q & A on Habré, one of the developers complained that the application in the App Store has been waiting for approval for more than 3 weeks and still can’t apologize for it. It turns out that this is a worldwide problem. AllThingsD writes that many of those who tried to enter the store with their app now and play for the New Year rush faced increased waiting times.

“This is a real nightmare. Worse than ever, ”says one of the developers.

Apple talks on the phone about three weeks, but as you can see on the question of our developer, in some cases, you can think about four weeks and even more. In addition, the company officially declares that all those who want to get into the App Store before the new year must send their application for review before Thanksgiving Day (the fourth Thursday of November), i.e. in fact over the next two weeks.

And finally, officially, the company will not work from December 21 to December 28 - Apple will have official New Year holidays.

There are many reasons for this delay: the stream of increased applications for iPhone 5, the stream of reduced applications for iPad mini, the update for new iOS 6 features, including the Passbook, new maps and Facebook integration, and finally the traditional stream of those who are trying to get on the New Year wave.

According to rumors, the company even threw a part of those working in the Mac App Store to work with iOS applications in order to clear up the stream.

According to the Apple site itself for developers, the uptime is 8 business days, although this is data from October 15: https://developer.apple.com/news/

The third-party Shiny Development service, the data of which, however, is not exact (they are based on posts on Twitter, their picture is higher), speaks of 9 days: http://reviewtimes.shinydevelopment.com/

And how are things going with you?
